Project Overview

The Migliore Nicosia No.18 project began as a space with basic finishes and limited character. While functional, the interiors lacked warmth, texture, and the premium materials that define a modern, timeless home. These before photos capture the starting point of the renovation journey — a blank canvas ready to be elevated by custom design, rich natural stone, and bespoke furniture.

Before Condition

• Basic Kitchen Layout – standard cabinetry and countertops, lacking statement finishes.

• Minimal Living Area – plain walls and simple furnishing with limited cohesion.

• Unfinished Detailing – areas awaiting integrated lighting, stone applications, and wood finishes.

• Neutral Shell – serving as the foundation for a luxurious transformation with Migliore’s signature materials.
