Currently underway, Nicosia No. 20 is a comprehensive apartment renovation by Migliore Interiors, focusing on redefining everyday living through timeless design and modern functionality.

The project highlights three primary areas — the kitchen, bedrooms, and rooftop — each envisioned as a unique expression of comfort and style. The kitchen is being transformed into a seamless, open-plan space featuring bespoke cabinetry, integrated appliances, and a palette of warm natural finishes. In the bedrooms, a calm and refined atmosphere is achieved through custom storage solutions, and subtle lighting that enhances relaxation and spatial flow.

Above it all, the rooftop is reimagined as a private urban retreat, blending natural textures, greenery, and panoramic city views to create an elegant outdoor living area.
