Migliore House No. 21 in Nicosia is undergoing a complete structural and interior renovation. The “before” phase captures the home in its raw state — walls opened, floors stripped, and columns exposed — as we prepare for a modern redesign that enhances light, space, and flow.

The initial demolition and reconstruction work, laying the foundation for a refined and functional new home:

• Open-plan restructuring: Load-bearing walls have been carefully removed to create wider, brighter living spaces.

• Structural reinforcement: Columns and beams are being redefined to support the new architectural layout.

• Window expansions: Enlarged openings will soon bring in abundant natural light and connect the indoors with the surrounding views.

• Electrical and plumbing groundwork: The installation of new systems ensures energy efficiency and future-ready functionality.

• Exterior preparation: The façade and terrace areas are being reshaped for modern aesthetics and improved flow between indoor and outdoor living.
