Migliore Nicosia No.20 (in progress)

Migliore Nicosia No.20

Migliore Nicosia No.20 is a complete residential renovation in Nicosia, Cyprus, focused on transforming an existing property into a more contemporary, functional, and cohesive home.

The project reconsiders the original layout, improving spatial organisation, circulation, and the relationship between the different living areas. The existing interior was stripped back and carefully reworked to create better proportions, greater visual continuity, and a stronger sense of openness.

Architectural and technical improvements were considered alongside everyday functionality, allowing the residence to respond to the needs of contemporary living. The completed renovation gives the property a renewed identity through thoughtful spatial planning and a considered approach to residential design.
