Migliore Nicosia No. 21 (in progress)

Migliore Nicosia No.21

Migliore Nicosia No.21 is a complete residential renovation and interior design project in Nicosia, Cyprus, transforming an existing property into a contemporary and functional home.

The renovation reconsiders the original layout to create more open and connected living spaces, improving circulation and introducing a stronger sense of continuity throughout the residence. Enlarged openings increase natural light and strengthen the relationship between the interior and outdoor areas.

Warm natural materials, clean architectural lines, custom-designed elements, and integrated lighting define the new interior. Combining architectural renovation with contemporary interior design, the project gives the existing residence a renewed identity centred around openness, functionality, and timeless aesthetics.
